Alucard is a tough cookie to crack and he keeps his secrets close to his chest; you probably won't know you're triggering him when you do, but anything around his wrists, or anything to do with assault on a family member really strikes a chord with him personally.

MAGICAL ABILITIES Alucard is a magician with command over three different elements: earth, water, and air. This means that, so long as the object is of a size or quantity that he can wrap his will around (i.e. smaller than a football field, and less than ~20 or so), he is able to manipulate those things individually with a surprising amount of finesse. For example, he can take a broken tankard of cider on the ground and manipulate it whole again with the cider back inside once more at the drop of a hat, while freezing the cider and making the tankard do party tricks.

Most notably, though, Alucard has the ability to see magic. Not just the aura of a spell or the residue of the enchantment, but the tint of magic that runs through a person's veins. Every different magic has a different color. Natural wells of power are crimson, while elemental magicians are different shades of green and blue. Curses are purple, and strong spells are gold. The only magic to exist outside of these colors is antari magic, blood magic, which is dark and iridescent, every color folded in on itself, natural and unnatural at the same time.

TRIGGER WARNINGS Alucard has lived something of a hard life so far. His father and brother essentially beat him and had him hogtied and sent away on a ship because they didn't like who he was sleeping with. Whether this was because he was sleeping with another man or whether it was because the man he was sleeping with happened to be the crown prince is up for debate, but it could be taken for a hate crime. Alucard was also captured and tortured shortly thereafter. Suitable warning will be given if any graphic mention of this is made but if you would rather me avoid any of these topics in thread with you please let me know in the comments below!
